OBJECTIF

The ISO 9001 Lead Auditor training will allow you to acquire the necessary expertise to carry out quality management system (QMS) audits by applying generally recognized principles, procedures and audit techniques. During this training, you will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to plan and perform internal and external audits, in accordance with the ISO 19011 standard and the ISO / IEC 17021-1 certification process.

In particular, the objectives of the training are:

• Understand how a quality management system (QMS) complies with ISO 9001.
• Explain the correlation between ISO 9001 and ISO 9004, as well as other standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Understand the role of an auditor: plan, direct and monitor a management system audit in accordance with ISO 19011.
